Resolve a contract intent by its business identity
Looks up the single intent matching a contract snapshot and item name. An intent's business identity is (contract, snapshot, market_hash_name), enforced unique by storage, so this always resolves to at most one intent - useful when a caller knows the item but not the intent's opaque ID.
