Delete an unused imported proxy pool
Soft-deletes an imported, provider-less pool and its unassigned proxy sessions together. Provider-owned pools and pools with any live assignment, including an assignment awaiting a session, cannot be deleted. Deleted pools and sessions remain in the audit trail and disappear from ordinary reads.
