Add a proxy to a legacy pool
Adds an existing proxy to a legacy proxy pool's membership. Both the pool and the proxy must already belong to your workspace; a proxy already a member of the pool reports ALREADY_EXISTS.

Returns a paged list of transitions for a contract, optionally scoped to the changes between two specific snapshots. Each page carries hydrated entities, so no follow-up GetTransitions is needed.
CreateProxyPool
Creates a new legacy proxy pool in your workspace, named and described by the caller. A pool's name must be unique within the workspace among its non-deleted pools.
