Delete a legacy proxy pool
Removes a legacy proxy pool from your workspace. The pool is soft deleted; its member proxies and any assignments against it are left in place, not cascade deleted.

Creates a new legacy proxy pool in your workspace, named and described by the caller. A pool's name must be unique within the workspace among its non-deleted pools.
GetProxyPool
Returns a single legacy proxy pool by id. This is the legacy grouping model that coexists with the newer Pool entity (GetPool) until the csfloat cutover removes it.
