}AddProxyToPool
Adds an existing proxy to a legacy proxy pool's membership. Both the pool and the proxy must already belong to your workspace; a proxy already a member of the pool reports ALREADY_EXISTS.
DeleteProxyPool
Removes a legacy proxy pool from your workspace. The pool is soft deleted; its member proxies and any assignments against it are left in place, not cascade deleted.
