Get a frozen billing export
Returns previously persisted CSV bytes and the JSON manifest only within the selected workspace. Retrieving an export does not recompute it from current history.

Creates an idempotent hosted Checkout payment for the exact requested USD credit amount. Reuse the operation identifier when retrying. Provider integration is test mode only. A redirect never credits the balance; confirmed provider movements are reconciled by the server.
GetBillingProfile
Returns the selected workspace profile. Version zero means no profile has been stored. All fields are self-declared and establish no tax or registry verification.
