List external purchase observations

/billing.v1.Billing/ListBillingActivity

Returns a bounded keyset page at a committed workspace high-water mark. External marketplace cost is reported separately and never debits Goldmine service credit. Empty history before ingestion is established is not evidence of no historical purchases.

GetWorkspaceBilling

Returns available Goldmine service credit, unbilled usage, amount due and prepaid or postpaid payment terms for the selected workspace. Monetary amounts are exact USD decimal strings with exponent two. Marketplace purchases use external account funds and do not debit this credit.

ListBillingInvoices

Lists monthly invoices for the selected workspace, including exact amounts paid and refunded. Invoice creation and Checkout redirects do not establish payment.
