List workspace payment attempts

/billing.v1.Billing/ListBillingPayments

Lists durable payment attempts with actual provider session, payment intent, refund and last event evidence. Pending, failed and expired attempts do not imply a cash movement; a Checkout redirect never establishes payment.

ListBillingInvoices

Lists monthly invoices for the selected workspace, including exact amounts paid and refunded. Invoice creation and Checkout redirects do not establish payment.

ListBillingTransactions

Returns a bounded keyset page of immutable Goldmine billing transactions at a committed workspace high-water mark. Amounts and running service-credit balances are exact decimal strings. External marketplace spending is separate.
