List billing transactions

Returns a bounded keyset page of immutable Goldmine billing transactions at a committed workspace high-water mark. Amounts and running service-credit balances are exact decimal strings. External marketplace spending is separate.

ListBillingPayments

Lists durable payment attempts with actual provider session, payment intent, refund and last event evidence. Pending, failed and expired attempts do not imply a cash movement; a Checkout redirect never establishes payment.

UpdateBillingProfile

Patches only fields supplied by the caller. The expected version must match the stored version, with zero used for the first write. These fields are ordinary billing contact information and remain self-declared.
