Get started with Goldmine
Use your invitation, join the right workspace and prepare your first session.
Goldmine is invite only. Sign in with your existing account, or open the platform invitation sent to your email address.
Access and workspace membership
Platform access and workspace membership are separate:
- A platform invitation lets you create an account or sign in to the pilot.
- A workspace invitation offers a role in a particular workspace. You review and accept that membership separately.
A workspace invitation does not automatically admit an account to the platform or verify its email address.
Open your invitation
- Open the complete link in your platform invitation email. The link contains your invitation; keep it private.
- If you already have a Goldmine account, choose Sign in. Otherwise, follow the account creation form and use the email address that was invited.
- Complete the verification requested on screen. For email registration, check your inbox and follow the verification link. If necessary, wait for the resend countdown before requesting another email.
- After signing in, review any workspace invitation using the invited account. Confirm the intended workspace and access with the inviter if you are unsure.
- Open the workspace you intend to use. If you have several memberships, check the selected workspace before adding accounts or changing settings.
If a platform invitation is unavailable or expired, ask the person who invited you for a fresh link. For an expired workspace invitation, ask a workspace owner to cancel the old invitation and invite you again. If you are signed in to the wrong account, sign out and use the invited account. Do not create duplicate accounts to work around an access error.
For a workspace invitation, continue through sign-in and recovery in the same tab to keep the invitation destination. If you open an email link in a different tab or browser, reopen the original invitation after signing in. In a preview, Use a passkey on the main site continues to the same requested workspace invitation or page on app.goldmine.to; it does not sign you in to the preview.
Use the workspace access guide to review team roles, pending invitations and member permissions.
Prepare your workspace
The setup flow takes you through Steam accounts, proxy import and pool assignment, market defaults, then a final review. Steps and review links depend on your workspace access. Adding or importing accounts needs Steam access; importing proxies needs Proxies access; setup assignment needs both. Check workspace permissions before importing.
Use Skip when it is offered and return later. A configured step means saved records are present; it does not prove an account is connected or a market is ready to execute. An assignment still waiting for a response or reporting an unknown outcome remains in that state when you change setup steps. Use the saved-binding check instead of submitting again.
- In Add Steam accounts, choose Add Steam account for one account or Import accounts for a file. Follow the account enrollment guide and check the reported outcomes.
- Import existing proxy endpoints and assign a pool.
- Review account connection state, then inspect the inventory.
- Review market defaults and reporting, then configure a contract when your inputs are ready.
A setup status that is still being checked or is unavailable is not an empty-workspace result. If a read fails, use the retry shown for that step to check its records again. This does not repeat account enrollment, proxy import or assignment.
A useful first session ends with the intended workspace selected, account and proxy records checked, inventory freshness understood and a saved contract you can explain. Review its current targets after an evaluation; actual offers and payments need their own evidence.
There is no Goldmine subscription or platform funding step in the pilot setup. Steam, marketplace and proxy provider requirements still apply.
Protect your account
Set up an authenticator, keep backup codes somewhere secure, and review signed-in devices.
Recover a forgotten password
- Use password recovery from Sign in and follow the complete link in the email. A request confirmation does not establish email delivery.
- Enter and confirm the new password. Wait for the result before navigating away.
- After Password updated, sign in with the new password. Existing sessions have been signed out.
For Password reset unconfirmed, try signing in with the new password. If it does not work, request a fresh reset link. Do not keep submitting the old link. If the link is missing its token, request a fresh one from sign-in.
Password recovery does not grant platform access or workspace membership.
When you cannot continue
- Invitation unavailable: an invalid or expired platform invitation cannot be used. Opening the plain registration URL cannot replace the full invitation link.
- No workspace available: check for a pending workspace invitation or ask the workspace owner to confirm your membership.
- Session unavailable: choose Retry session to check your sign-in again. A workspace retry cannot repair an unavailable session.
- Workspace lookup unavailable: use Retry workspaces or the displayed workspace recovery. This is different from a confirmed lack of membership; do not create another workspace to work around the error. Personal settings remain usable when your session is valid but the default workspace cannot be loaded.
- A control is missing: your workspace role may not include that operation. Ask an owner to check access.
For other errors, contact support with the page and exact message, without credentials or invitation links.
